Q:  Where do your beads and findings come from? 

A:  Literally, all over the world.  The Internet gives us access to all sorts of treasures.  Of course, we also visit shows and shops.  Most important is constantly keeping our eyes peeled for what’s new, different, affordable and fun! 

Q:  What are your clasps and toggles made out of? 

A:  With few exceptions, our toggles are made exclusively of sterling silver.

Q:  Can I find Fandangle in retail stores? 

A:  Today we have a small retail presence in our hometown of Richmond, Virginia.  And we’re always on the lookout for new ways to make our pieces available to you.  If you’d like to see Fandangle at a retail location near you, please send us the information, and we’ll see what we can do! 

Q:  Are your designs one-of-a-kind? 

A:  Many are.  We’ve literally created hundreds of unique designs (that’s where the fun is!).  But when we stumble across a favorite, we like to make it more widely available.  We’ll update the styles on the web site frequently, so if you see something you like – go for it.  It might not be available once we’ve moved on to our next inspirations!  (Always feel free to send an email inquiry if you’re looking for a particular piece you’ve seen here before.) 

Q:  Do you have a catalog? 

A:  Not at this time.

Q:  What if I don’t see exactly what I need on your web site.  Will you do custom orders?  

A:  We try to accommodate our customers in any way that we can.  I you have your heart set on a particular color combination or style, just email us and let us know!  We’ll do our best to get you what you want. 

Q:  Do you have a quality guarantee? 

A:  Absolutely.  We stand behind every piece we make.  If you ever have any trouble with any Fandangle item, just email us and we’ll do our best to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Q:  What shipping method do you use? 

A:  We ship via Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service.  Please allow up to10 business days for your order to be shipped.  Shipping/Handling charges include delivery charges as well as the secure packaging of each item. Our U.S. shipping/handling rates are as follows:

1 Item: $6.00
2 Items: $10.00
3 Items: $13.00
4 Items or more: $15.00

Q:  Are your shipments covered by insurance? 

A:  Insurance is optional, and is provided by the Post Office at reasonable rates.  You may select this option, if desired, on the checkout screen as you complete your purchase. 

Q:  What payment methods do you accept? 

A:  We accept Paypal.  It’s a safe, easy way for buyers and sellers to connect.  If you’re not a registered Paypal user, you’ll find the simple registration available at www.paypal.com.

Q:  Can Fandangle items be sent as gifts? 

A:  Of course!  Every purchase, whether a gift for yourself or someone else, will arrive in our special gift-suitable packaging.  And we’re happy to enclose a gift card. 

Q:  What is your return policy? 

A:  We will gladly accommodate exchanges within 14 days of shipping.  Any returned items must have their original packaging and tags intact, and be accompanied by the original receipt.

Q:  What’s a Fandangle, and how did you come up with the name? 

A:  We’re not sure that a Fandangle is a “thing,” per se.  But as we looked around for fun names, it came up as a synonym for “bauble.”
